Does anyone know the private reception dinner options. I payed $75/pp for a private reception. I was told that I have to pick one app, one entree, and one desert....and everyone is expected to eat that! Is there a buffet option? Because I cant image picking one meal and all my 20 guest have to eat it. They should be able to pick from a few choices. Need Help with this one ladies!!!! Thanks
