My fiance and I are hoping to get married at the Tucan in November 2011 as well but we have been trying to get into contact with the wedding planner for over two months and STILL haven't received any response from her. I have emailed her and so has my travel agent. We're starting to get really frustrated because my godfather (who may end up being the one to walk me down the aisle) needs to put in for vacation in two weeks and we still don't have a date set. GRRR. I really don't want to change to a different hotel because my cousin was married at the Tucan a few years ago and I loved it but I am at my wit's end.
