  1. I agree - it is not unreasonable, but you have to buckle down, and do it the right way. Make sure you are eating whole foods, low in sugar and fat, and regular small meals 5 -6 times per day. Exercise helps with toning, calorie burning, and energy, but diet is really 80% of your body. Give yourself a cheat meal each week, and eat INTUITIVELY. Don't starve yourself, that just leads to binge eating. Good luck!!!
  2. I would definitely wait to tell the people close to you before posting on FB!
  3. I don't think it is a problem at all - and I like the idea of have the grooms man walk both girls and MOH walk by herself
  4. This is EXACTLY the plan I follow, and I love Tosca's book! I think the most important thing is to consider the "eat clean" principals, but make sure that you are doing what is comfortable for you. I always suggest people drop one bad habit and add one good habit at a time. This way you are gradually changing your lifestyle...as opposed to participating in a crash diet that can't be maintained. For me, Tosca's recipes get a little elaborate, so I tweak her ingredients to what suite me.
  5. I did! Legs, biceps, abs, and cardio. I feel amazing...and to think I almost skipped it!
