  1. It was 90 degrees and sunny every day and I'm pretty sure the hotel was full. We did a semi private rehearsal dinner and it was totally perfect.
  2. Show us your wedding dress!
  3. We also had a one bedroom suite and it was huge.. should be plenty of room for everyone to get ready in.
  4. Aww michelle, you are bringing back so many memories! I love watching your video and I love that our weddings were just weeks apart! WIsh that we could do it all over again!
  5. Hi Ashley, We had the ultimate package with the surf and turf with 33 guests. We paid an extra $67 per person for 13 people since the first 20 were included. For the setup we paid extra for the huppah on the beach ($200), the tiffany chairs ($8 pp) and sparklers ($3 pp). (FYI these prices may have changed since last year) Everything else we brought on our own including menus, lanterns for centerpieces, and banners. We paid for a photographer on our own and DJ. My review is here if it helps: http://www.bestdestinationwedding.com/products/dreams-los-cabos-suites-golf-resort-spa-all-inclusive/reviews/5531 good luck!
  6. We had our DJ for the ceremony on the beach too and you can definitely hear it. They set up huge speakers on the sand. I've also seen people have live music like a guitar player for the ceremony that sounds nice too.
  7. We started our ceremony at 4pm on the beach and then did the reception at the smaller pool (oceana terrace). It was still really hot in October on the beach at 4pm but it was much cooler once you move to the pool. I would probably take Tammy's suggestion if you want it to be a little cooler and do it at 5:30 or 6, although we wanted plenty of time for DJ/dancing so it's up to you!
  8. Post your HAPPIEST wedding day photo!
  9. I used the salon for my hair and makeup and I was really happy with my hair, my makeup needed a little touchup afterwards. I can post pictures once I get them back but just be prepared for the ladies in the salon to not speak much English and bring pictures with you of what you want. As for picking the decor, you have up until your wedding week at dreams to change or add anything. You'll sit down and meet with the WC a couple days before to go over everything. I would research what you want now and then you have a while to change your mind or add things once you're at the resort.
