Hi everyone, I have a MP wedding booked for 3pm on May 28, 2011. I just did my group contract and blocked all my rooms. There are a LOT of weddings planned for that day but due to family availability we had to go with that weekend. I'm working with a travel agent and she (and the contract) said that a WC will contact me 30 days prior to my wedding to set everything up. I'm worried with so many weddings that weekend if I wait I won't get what I want! We want to have a gazebo wedding since it's 3pm in May and know it will be hot! We are going with the complimentary wedding and doing upgrades. Did anyone get more info on the different packages, flowers, cakes, etc other than what's on the website? I'm a planner and waiting until 30 days before is going to drive me nuts!!!!! ANY IDEAS?
