Hi ladies, I've been posting away on the other threads but skipped over the introduction/Newbie thread.. doh! Anyway, I'm Christina, located in Raleigh, NC and am planning a Destination Wedding in the DR, specifically Punta Cana. We are pretty certain our resort will be the Majestic Elegance and we are just awaiting on confirmation to secure our date. Our other choice is the Paradisus Punta Cana. We are hoping for a fall 2011 wedding. Happy Planning to everyone!

I heard back from ME last night, the date we wanted is no longer available but she provided us with two other dates. We sent our choice back last night and are now waiting on confirmation that we've secured the date. QUESTION: Who has worked with Yadilis and what was your experience with her? We had originally worked with Sandra but then she forwarded out information to Yadilis who responded to us with the dates last night. Thanks ladies!

Actually please disregard, after doing some searches on here it's pretty evident that we should steer clear of them. Thanks anyways ladies!

Hi Ladies, the FI and I were using DW BUT the agent we were working with was horrible, pushy and made us feel rushed. We had decided to do everything on our own but we (meaning me) are starting to feel a little overwhelmed with the process. We are considering requesting a different agent through DW. If you have used this company to book your travel/resort who was your agent and would you recommend them? Thanks!

Does anyone have an e-mail address to the WC other than the one on the website? I've sent several e-mails and have not received a response yet. I really don't need much from them just need to know their date availability, so we can decide once and for all on a resort. Thanks Ladies!!

Me! We are looking for end of September or any time in October of 2011. Resort is still undetermined.. I love the Majestic Elegance but the FI is leaning towards the PPC. Waiting for the package information from the PPC before we make a decision.
