  1. They are on sale until 1/31 at http://www.urquidlinen.com/product_p/chaircover_polyester.htm
  2. I actually just found a website where you can order banquet chair covers in white, ivory and black for $1.99 with free shipping. Thanks ladies so much for the responses but I think shipping costs are going to make them expensive for me so I'm going to go with this website.
  3. Im looking to purchase 150ish white banquet chair covers, I would like to buy them used from another bride so they are not so expensive. I need them for December, thanks ladies. I need ones to cover these ugly chairs. Im located in MA.
  4. Ok I just want to get rid of this stuff...if anyone lives in MA and wants to meet up I will give them everything for $10, for anyone else I will ship it all for $25 or BO.
  5. Invitations have been sold - I will do Jamaica postcards, luggage cards and starfish for $25 shipped.
  6. Hi fellow Winter Bride, Im also doing a winter wedding at a ski resort in Vermont. For my OOT bag I was doing the things you listed above but I was going to add a nip of like Baileys or Peppermint Snaps and tie a nice label on it saying for them to add it to their coffee or hot choc. Im trying to do a black/silver with accents of snowflakes here in there Also as guests book I was going to sent them a weekend wedding brochure (made from vista print) with outlines for the weekend. (ie...Fri night welcome dinner for all guests, Sat ceremony time and reception, area attractions, things to do at the ski resort...things like that) Im dying to hear all your ideas as there arent maybe winter brides on here.
  7. island bride8 - I spent 18.98 with shipping, I will ship them to you for $15 if your interested CBREWSTER - i Replied back to you *Update: Invitations have sold
  8. Would you also be interested in the DIY invitaions or just the starfish. I got the invites pretty cheap.
  9. Hi Ladies, I had my heart set on a Jamaica wedding...so much so that I started buying things for it. Plans did a complete 180 and we are now getting married in the winter at a ski resort. I decided to save money and make my own invitations. I ordered these starfish from Oriental Trader to put on the corner of the invitation. They are small but perfect size for an inviation. I paid $11.99 plus shipping and handling http://www.orientaltrading.com/ui/browse/processRequest.do?demandPrefix=12&sku=34/466&mode=Searching&erec=3&D=starfish&Ntx=mode%2bmatchallpartial&Ntk=all&requestURI=processProductsCatalog&N=0&Ntt=starfish&Dx=mode%2bmatchallpartial&sd=Mini+Natural+Sugar+Starfish These were the original invitations I bought But then when I add the starfish they look like this I also ordered Jamaica postcards from vista print with starfish on them - I was going to put these in the guests OOT bags I also have business cards made that I was going to put into clear luggage tags and sent to guests when they booked.
  10. Dayna8 - not one bumblebee Anyone considering this resort for there wedding would not be disappointed - it is beautiful!! I cant say enough good things about this resort. While there we also went and checked out Iberostar Rose Hall Suites which compared to this resort was disgusting. My fiance actually said he would be embarrased to have his guests come here. It had a stale smoke smell and seemed so outdated, I couldnt believe it was a new resort. We also used leetours for our transportation and they were AWESOME. We were quoted up to $200 from other companies whole were located in the same town - Leetours charged us $60 and they drove from an hour and a half away to come pick us up. Plus the driver Anthony even stopped at the "Hip Strip" (main road) so we could run in a a few shops. The owner Norma was so sweet. I would highly recommend this company to anyone they were great.
  11. Sure thing Dayna8! I leave a week from yesterday (I'm so excited). I hope there are no bumble bees!! I actually looked into the Jewels Dunn River Resort and I thought it was so expensive for the actual wedding part ( the food for cocktail hour and reception) which is why I decided against that resort.
  12. Hi sonyaj - I too thought this place was out of my wedding price range for my guests and the prices are not that bad. I would say you just have to look around.
