  2. I lied...they're boxes of 48. So 8 packages of 6 tablets. Even better! And I think it was between $5-7 for the box!
  3. Hey Ladies, I was just at Zellers last night and found Pepto Bismol tablets for 20% off. I picked up a few boxes of 36 I believe, that have 6 packages of 6 tablets wrapped in plastic...figured I'd just give each person a pack of 6! The sale ends today though, so if you are interested, hurry in before closing time!
  4. Hi Ladies! Wanted to give you all a heads up if you are looking for Bubba Kegs...they are going on sale at Canadian Tire this week for 50% off!
  5. Everyone's dresses are so amazing! I just got my dress this week! I was really freaking out about whether I chose the right one, but I really love it Here it is!
  6. Hi ladies! My dress came in yesterday and I ran to try it on...so excited!! 6 months to go!
  7. Hi Ladies! I have been so inspired by everyone's DIY projects that I thought I would share what I've done for my bridesmaids/maid of honor! I bought the tank tops at Garage (since it's the end of summer everything is super cheap!) and the iron-on rhinestone transfers on Etsy at a store called Rhinestone Wishes. The bottles and ribbon were purchased at Michaels (about $2 each), and the treasure chests and brown paint for them were purchased at Dollarama (about $15 all together). If you have any questions about them, let me know I'm not a creative person so I'm very proud of myself...I'm bracing myself for the next DIY project...Passport Invitations! Should be interesting, to say the least!!
  8. Hi Ladies, I got this deal in my inbox this morning from Livingsocial.com! Here is the link...this is not really my style of photography so I'm going to keep my eyes open for more deals, but thought I'd share in case any other brides could use it! And remember, the deal is for today only! http://livingsocial.com/deals/93197?msdc_id=83&ref=Deal081011_83_8397email
  9. Here is the logo I designed last night...not sure what I'll use it for yet, hoping to incorporate it into our passport invitations somehow!
  10. Here is the link to the Victorias Secret robe http://www.victoriassecret.com/ss/Satellite?ProductID=1265531307990&c=Page&cid=1308307887699&pagename=vsdWrapper
  11. Thanks ladies. I guess my worry is the fact that it's a pickup skirt, so I'm not sure if it will just flatten out after going in the water. Here's a link to the dress: http://www.venusbridal.com/bridals/venus/VE8044 I have heard from 2 drycleaners that they could get it cleaned (my future MIL would like me to wear it at our AHR) and it would be perfect, but the actual dress designer said that there's a pretty good chance it could be ruined. If I was to purchase a separate dress for the TTD, I would want it to look similar to mine, and I've been very unsuccessful in finding anything. I'm just really hoping I can use my original dress and it won't get totally ruined. Too much to ask maybe, considering the dress I chose?
  12. Hi Stinatiny, if you PM me your email address I can send them to you!
  13. Hi Ladies! Can't believe it's finally my turn to post my dress! Had a HARD time finding exactly what I wanted, as it was difficult finding a fuller skirt that was still light enough for a DW
  14. Hi Everyone, I have FINALLY found a dress for my April 30, 2012 wedding, that has a skirt made of either Organza or Tulle (can't remember off the top of my head). I am now starting to think about our Trash the Dress shoot, and wondering if anyone knows whether the fabric will be okay in the water, and if it will regain its shape afterwards? I would love to hear from anyone who has any information/advice! Buying a separate TTD dress is always an option, I'm just trying to keep costs down a bit so if we can trash my original dress that would be ideal. Thank you so much in advance
