Hi girls, I'm thinking about having my wedding here, but noticed that packages are for hotel guests only. Does anyone know thee fee for non-guests? Also, what is the fee if I go over the 20 guests to go to the ceremony and reception? Thanks!

Hi girls, Does anyone know the options and prices for alcohol during the dinner reception and afterwards? I received all the package info, but don't see anything about alcohol apart from the toast. Thanks.

Thanks shamim! It sounds like you had an amazing time- congrats! A few questions. Did you book your rooms through the hotel? They gave me a price list, but they didn't offer any special discounts for booking multiple rooms. Also, I'm a little concerned about alcohol not being included with the rooms. Were drink prices reasonable?

Hi girls, I want to have my wedding here, but no one has gotten back to me with pricing info. I'm also considering The Royal, or Mahekal Beach Resort. The Royal seems a little corporate feeling to me, but everyone gives it great reviews. Has anyone heard of how the food is at Cieba and what the alcohol situation is? I'm trying to save my guests some money and I would hate for them to get the all inclusive and not enjoy the food. Also, are there restaurants nearby? I researched rates a few nights ago and looked today, but prices have increased significantly for November. Do they give special room rates for booking multiple rooms. Does anyone have recent contact info for the coordinators? Thanks for any info or advice anyone might have.

I came across Mahekal and think it's so cute. Has anyone had their wedding here, planning their wedding, or been to a wedding here? Any info is appreciated. Thanks

I've been checking their site and other travel sites and see the low $300 range. Do they give better rates if you book in advance and several rooms? Also, how is the size of the beach in November? Hi Jess, this was so helpful. I'm planning 50 guests, but not all will be staying at the Royal and I haven't got any info back from them on how that works with regards to a private reception and non-guests so this might be the way to go. Any info you have is greatly appreciated as to why you chose Kool Beach as opposed to having the private reception on the beach. Thanks!!! -Leslie

Hi girls, so I'm new and need some help. I've tried contacting the wedding staff via their website, but no one has gotten back. So I'm planning about 50 guests, but I'm guessing some people will not want to stay at the Royal. Does anyone know how this works? I want to have a private reception and choosing Eternal Romance for 30 hotel guests. I see there's an additional charge of $50 for non-guests. Is that for just admittance or does that include food? Is there a better way to contact the wedding coordinators? Thanks in advance!
