Cristi, Ummm, right now we don't have any details down beyond ASP at 2:00 on 6/26. We got the big reservation done at the end of Nov. and then we've both been on the road for work this entire month. We need to start gettin things like specific ceremony location (and say invitations) taken care of once the holidays are over. No, we haven't been in contact with the on-site coordinator yet. That will probably be step #1. Did you get in touch with them through the initial contact in Miami?
