I have also voiced this concern to Teresa (PPR romantic specialist) and she said that the best is to book your ceremony after 4pm so that by then many of the beachcombers have left to get ready for dinner and what not. And she assured me that they will have the WC and assistant there the whole time to make sure they keep the lingerers under supervision to not disturb our ceremony. I think that's the best they can do.
