Thank you so much for your information on FlipFlopman...I'm still going through his reviews but they are full of information, and even though I've already been to EPM there's still a lot of useful information. She had sent me photos of a few other options, but the minimalism and modern decor of Spice really suited my taste, more so than The Convention Center event terrace or Convention Center foyer. For Spice, Yamina said that when I arrive I could chose between the inside space or the terrace. I was hoping for Chez Isabelle but it's currently open Sundays... I've heard that every space is stunning... can't go wrong no matter what! It's true every place there is stunning...it's one of the main reasons we decided to back there to get married after vacationing there last year!! Hi Everyone...I've been off of here for a couple of months...got sidetracked with everything but wedding planning!!! Now I'm back to getting things done for our wedding in December at EPM...so fun reading through everything I've missed over the last couple months! Thope I loved your pics - you looked absolutely beautiful!!! Is everyone having their receiption at Spice Restaurant? I really wanted to have ours at the Lobster House / Grill... Did Yamina make you wait until you picked your receiption site until closer to the wedding? She said I can't pick mine yet that I have to wait until 2 months or so before the wedding... Hey Everyone...I've been MIA for a while!! I'm so excited for you Katrese and Thope on your upcomming weddings! I can't wait to hear all about them! Since I've last been on here: I finally finished my STDs and got them all send out last week...took me several weeks to get them done but they turned out great! Also bought my dress...I absolutely love it. Nothing like I thought I wanted until I tried it on and fell in love!! Hope everyone is having fun planning! Hey Everyone!!! I'm sooo excited we finally got our date confirmed today - we're getting married December 3rd 2010! It seems like so far away...but I'm sure it will be here before we know it! My FI and I went to EPM last March for a week's vacation and abolustely LOVED it! We were most impressed with the food...we both have food allergies (he is allergic to Gluten and I am lactose intolerant) and neither one of us got sick the entire time which was really impressive! Can anyone email me the .pdfs for the menu / cake / packages and such? Thank you to everyone who responded and gave suggestions / input! We're sooo excited! I'm thinking that we're going to do our wedding at EPM and then another week for our honeymoon at SMB. We went to EPM last March and absolutely loved it! There was literally not one complaint, we just weren't sure if we should try other places but since we loved it decided to split up the wedding / honeymoon so that everyone else could experience EPM and love it too! Hi Stacey, I'm also going to be interested in this as my fiance has Celiac disease. I was thinking about asking the wc at the resort if this was a possibility...I know that he would really love to have a GF cake... Please let me know if you're able to come up with something...I will let you know if I find anything out. Otherwise I could have my mom translate a recipe into Spanish... Rebecca
