  1. Hi there, My fiance and I are looking at getting married at the Riu Santa Fe. We originally wanted to get married on December 31st 2010, however, we just heard back from the hotel and they do not do weddings on the 30th or the 31st due to the New Years Gala. Has anyone gotten married on January 1st at the Riu Santa Fe, or any other resort in Cabo? We want to keep it around that time of year, as we (and many of our guests) are teachers and we get 2 weeks off at that time & can't take vacation through the year. Thanks so much! Cailynn

I know that isn't very helpful and I would be curious myself as to the correct answer. I hope they have more! My guests are somewhat picky drinkers too. :-) allison That would make more sense, Allison! I have been looking into it and I did read on another forum that some of the guests were drinking Corona's, so it seems as if there are other types.. I would hope & think so! I will keep you posted if I find out anything else Thank you!
  3. Hi Ladies! My fiance and I are looking at booking our wedding at the Riu Santa Fe for December 31st 2010. It looks absolutely gorgeous and your posts have really reaffirmed that this is a fabulous resort to get married at! However, I do have 1 question! I have been reading some reviews at tripadvisor.com and I read somewhere that they only serve 1 type of beer (Dos Equis) and only 1 type of red and white wine at the resort? I find this hard to believe, as I have been to a few all inclusives and generally the alcohol selection is quite huge. I know it's a silly question, but we have some selective beer drinkers that will be joining us and I know they won't be pleased if there is only 1 beer selection! Thanks so much for your help! Hi Ladies! I have been looking around for a while and decided I should join so I can ask some questions and get to know everyone! My name's Cailynn & my fiance and I are planning a December 31st 2010 wedding. We are still trying to decide on a location, but we are leaning towards Paradisius Riviera. I am looking forward to getting to know you all and learning all about your special days! Thanks so much! Cailynn
