I too filed a complaint with the BBB and it went no where! Its best to pursue futher action!!

Just a little info on how Bittersweet is..and this is SO far past my crazy ordeal with my flowers and glamourina's being swapped.. (her flowers are still in NL since Crystal didnt pick up the package from canadapost when we sent it back cod to her). A summer employee of Bittersweet and many others who worked for her as well have not been paid by Crystal for the entire summer!!! Apparently they cannot locate her to get their money. How weird is this? The employee got on another forum and stated this in a post that I made regarding how bad bittersweet is.

I also just reported this HORRIBLE company to the BBB of Canada. I hope her business goes under for causing many brides this uneeded/unwanted stress!!
