I definitely understand your frustration because I'm also getting married in less than a month and have sent Chandlyn 3 emails within the last 6 weeks and have yet to hear back. I've also tried calling as well. I understand they are extremely busy but all I need is just a few questions answered so I can finalize some things. A simple response saying my email was receied and they'll get back to me shortly will suffice.

Hey all, I'll be getting married in August at the Riu Ocho Rios in Jamaica. I've been browsing this website for a few months now and I can't say enough about how helpful and informational it's been so far. I wish my fellow destination brides out there all the best in their planning!!
