I have a question on how to do the working for times. I am going to indicate 'cocktails & Hor dourves begin at 7' but I want ppl to know that that at 8pm we are beginning speeches, wedding video, and 1st dance. I just dont know what to call it. I don't just want to say 'reception begins at 8' since some people may take that to mean they can show up at any time after 8- I dont want ppl arriving in the middle of speeches. Any advice? Thanks!
