Thanks for your help everyone. I believe we finally got both the band and the photographer sorted out.

We reeeaaaaaaaaaaaalllllly don't want to spend more money on the photographer than on the reception, ceremony, dress, flights, and flowers combined. This is a very low budget wedding, so flying someone to Costa Rica isn't going to fit into our budget. Plus, I can't imagine there isn't other photographers out there in Costa Rica. This is just kind of stressful so close to the wedding.

Hi guys! I am getting married on March 21, 2009. For some reason, I have not been able to find a photographer or a band for the wedding. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Hi Baybug! I hate to bother you, but I am also getting married at Costa Verde on March 21st of 2009. I found your review incredibly helpful! I had a couple questions about Costa Verde which I would really appreciate help on, if you don't mind. (1) Why did you choose el Avion? We are thinking of having the reception at El Anaconda, but can't get a straight answer out of Carol regarding whether we can have a band there. (2) We are going to get married at the tent at the end of the adult pool at the "toldo". We couldn't decide between that and the Event Center, but finally chose the Toldo since it seemed more open. Did you happen to see this area? (3) how much did your band charge you? Thanks for your help! Dominique
