  1. FLASONG - Hi. I am still waiting on my license. After many emails to Sandra and Keshia, I am still waiting. It's a bit frustrating. Had I thought about it at the time, I would have considered using a day to travel to Kingston to see if I could file it myself but didn't think about that until now. My flowers turned out really pretty and I was very happy with them. I saw several weddings the day I got married, there was 8 that same day as mine. I was told normally they have 2-4 weddings a day, during the summer I assume. I noticed several larger weddings and they all turned out really nice. I got married at the Chapel on the beach. You will have a little more privacy there than on the beach. Although, people at the terrace seem to be right there close. My hair/makeup I had done there at the Salon and I was very happy with them. Request Crazy J as the photographer, he is wonderful. If you get him, tell him that Tina Merlo said hi. He will make your day a little less stressful. If you have any other questions, you are more than welcome to private email me, my email address is tina.merlo@yahoo.com. Good luck and I wish you all the best.
  2. I was married there on July 18th, 2009. The resort is beautiful and the wedding was all that I wanted. I will say that the wedding coordinator isn't very friendly and will rush you through the meeting you have with her prior to the wedding date. I had read that people in Jamaica are layed back and relaxed but they don't realize how much of a big deal this is to us (brides). The wedding was just my husband and myself, it was perfect for us. We paid the extra $60.00 for the marriage license to be expedited to us within 6-8 weeks... We are still waiting and it's going on 8 weeks. I have emailed Keisha (wedding coordiator at the resort) and still waiting to hear from her although she promptly responded to me prior to the wedding. Good luck to you all marrying in BRB. I really did love the resort and most of the people who worked at the resort... just wish we had our marriage license.
  3. I would talk to the supervisor/owner. You don't need the extra stress of dealing with a TA who is obviously not being professional.
  4. Names: Tina and Mike Location: Sandals - Negril, Jamaica Wedding: 7/18/2009 in JA: 7/15/2009 - 7/21/2009 - I think, not booked yet.
  5. Great list. Thank you. I have been looking for a list like this.... You saved me so much time!!!
  6. I am so sorry to hear this. Hopefully they will catch the thieves that did this to you. I am glad your dog was okay.
  7. I love this show! I have been so busy that I missed the last few shows. I will have to catch up tonight... I think Vicki is annoying as well. She used to be my fav by far but she has treated her husband like crap lately. It's really sad!

  9. I would also love more info on Negril, Sandals. I have looked online at everything I can find. Surprisingly, there isn't much information out there that I have found.
