I am getting married at Cabo Azul this summer and had the same issues. My advice is to keep calling. Either Vanessa (his assistant) or Sergio should answer the phone. Good luck!!!

THANK YOU so much for your review! There is not much on Cabo Azul on the forum yet. I am getting married at Cabo Azul this summer and am running into the EXACT same issues. We ended up hiring an outside wedding planner too! I have a few questions for you: For the welcome reception what did you do? Taco Bar? Cocktails? We want to have a welcome party on Friday night and would love some ideas. Florist: Did you have the option to bring in any florist? We are being told that we have to work with Rene from Cabo Party Planners - no exceptions. Thanks so much!

Thank you for the info.! Cabo Azul has booked Marco for our wedding in August. We are going to meet him in January when we go for our site visit. I feel much better knowing that so many brides loved working with him.
