Hey everyone, Things are progressing quickly for us. We have all a guest gift bags ready but wanted to added a note to explain the times of the events as a reminder. Cocktails Thursday 5-9 Wedding Friday 5-6 Reception 6-11 etc etc..... does anyone have a template that I could use ? We are getting married in Hua Hin Thailand on a beach with guests from Canada and Australia.

It can be changed to suit your needs but I really just needed some guide as to what are the most important things I should focus on first.... like what type of wedding were we going to have. Thanks for all your welcome messages. There was one question: Where in Thailand? The wedding is planned to be in Hua Hin which is a beach holiday place south of Bangkok. Im not sure the planning is all fun.... seems to be getting alittle stressful.

Guys, How long should you give your guest if your planning a wedding overseas ? We have family in Australia and Canada and plan to have the big day in thailand. What do you think ? 6months ? 9 ? 12 ?
