Hi, Iruska! Salon Martorell is a small room although it's gorgeous. I think I might have some pictures at home if you're interested in seeing. Might shed more light on the rooom size.

I was married at home (Chicago) before our wedding in PR. We thought we would save ourselves the hassle of running around all day/having blood drawn when we could just walk down to the courthouse & be married in a couple of minutes. And, it was inexpensive. We used Ministros de Boda for our wedding.

I think the location is gorgeous & would make for some awesome pictures. My BF was married her a bit over a year ago & it was lovely. The only problem was that her wedding was held outdoors under tents & it was HOT. Very HOT.

I don't blame you. I opted out of the cruise wedding because it seemed so cheesey to me. Also, the fact that you can only have 1hr & a half with your guests seemed ridiculous to me, especially for the price. Have you looked around at other places?

Natural, we did a cruise from San Juan as our honeymoon & loved it!!! Have you looked into the cruises wedding options?

Annie, I did. I thought it was beautiful but the owner was a bit hard to communicate with. In the end, it was more cost effective for us to use El Convento. There is another bride here, I think her user is Jamieson - something, who was married there. Trying looking for her posts. I believe she did get married there but had a hard time with the owner.
