Marcos, You are right about needing the right equipment and internet access to make a live webcast successful. You also need streaming servers to allow you to stream to any location in the world. I'm certain most brides don't want to know or think about all the technical issues involved. What they want to know is can the broadcast their wedding live over the internet for friends and family to watch. This is were we come in. I Do Stream has the infrastructure in place to allow a bride to broadcast live a good quality video to as many guests as they wish. We usually work with a local videographer to make this happen. We can provide(rent) wireless range extenders, wireless video transmitters, etc. whatever it takes to bring the internet signal from the nearest hotel/building to the beach. We've successfully broadcast weddings live from the Bahamas, Dominican Republic, and Hawaii. Btw, we don't recommend using a webcam to broadcast a wedding live. Webcams are designed for someone sitting in front of it. There is no zoom and the built in microphone does not pick up sound that's more than just a few feet away.
