I have to agree with everyone else on this one. Contact someone above the acting wedding coordinator. If you feel your not getting anywhere I would see if the hotel website has any listings of of the Hotel Main managers or Regional Mgrs and step on some toes, Its hard enough to have someone else handle all your details never mind them not responding to a phone call or e-mail. Keep me posted.

Hi, My name is Cindy. A friend told me about BDW and what a great site. Getting married in April, O9 in Aruba. Have two possible locations, Occidental Grand hotel or Renaissance Resort and Casino.
