WOW! that's pretty amazing! what a coincidence huh? I actually lived in Milwaukee for 3 months also while doing my internship,lol, SMALL WORLD! we ALSO have 26 people total for the wedding and we will be leaving in the afternoon of the 15th so maybe we will have the chance to meet. my sis Cat currently lives in Franklin and her wedding at Dreams is on the 13th... that's great.. funny, your wedding is a week after ours but your site visit is a week before ours! please send any valuable info you find out our way! i think we are also going to just do something thursday evening b/c most of our guests dont even arrive until the early afternoon.

oh yeah.. to finishing answering your question.. yes, we are printing our names,the date, and had a picture to go with.. .. i tried to copy it for you but it didn;t work. sorry

we are getting ours from Promotional Products, Promotional Items, Imprinted Promotional Products, Custom Promotional Products, Personalized Items we got #100 for alittle more than $100... i think it was $128 and there was no fee for the screen printing.. they also double check with you and get your approval BEFORE they start producing these things. we are still waiting on ours but it's only been about a week. they are ALL SORTS of different types of koozies and colors to choose from.

at first i had a really hard time getting thru to her as well.. if you go onto the website (if it will let you) bypass everything but the little envelope icon on the upper right side and send her your info,she is very quick to respond. otherwise her whole rest of her website kept giving me error messages that they could not find the requested site..hope this helps

that would be soo great if you could post them b/c we have NO clue about which spanish songs would be great to dance to.. does anyone have any kind of carribean/calypso type music that would be fun as well??

thanks! that's awesome..i've been TRYING to find that info and that was the perfect thread! it may have taken me all night to find it.. so.. I guess it's acceptable to make the RSVP date July 10th if the actual cut off date is August 9th ..right? Yikes.. this all makes me nervous.I've got a bunch of people who priliminarily said they were going but until they actually book.....hmmm...

those are super cute! question though.. when IS the appropriate time to ask guests to RSVP by? which cut off date should be used? my wedding is also in october but there are so many different cut off dates for releasing rooms, having a certain percentage of $$ due and the final actual, everything has to be booked in full date i am so confused! help?
