Yes, the Japanese / Pan-Asian restaurant, Himitsu, does not allow flip flops. I actually saw them refusing entry to some guests who were not appropriately dressed. The other dressy restaurant is the Italian one, Portofino. It's a definitely no-flip flop / cut-offs kind of place. The other restaurants are casual and flip flops are fine, but no swimsuits. Hope this helps and good luck!
  3. Leia, your pics are absolutely beautiful! What a beautiful bride you were. We will have to meet up sometime after the holidays are over!
  4. Thanks! Some non-pro pics are posted at: http://bestdestinationwedding.com/forum/t32280 The Dreams nightclub was definitely not a Hollywood type of club but it was still a ton of fun. There was a dance floor, tables and chairs surrounding it, good dance music, and a full bar. It's pretty cozy in size, but I think that made it funner and more intimate for our friends.
  5. I used April from Baja Weddings and she is fantastic. I highly, highly recommend her. I worked with Variana (Vari) before and did NOT have a good experience. A lot of Dreams brides use an outside coordinator, so this won't be a problem for Dreams in terms of them getting upset or anything.

  12. I'm still trying to get people to send me their pics, but meanwhile here are a few of our non-pro pics.
