  1. I'm just now posting my dress that I bought in November. I don't post a lot of pics so hopefully this works! It's Enzoani Blue Akita and I got it half price b/c it was the sample! yay!
  2. Thanks for the pics and ideas ladies. I agree about the closet becoming a target if I try to lock it. Besides, I don't think I would be able to put a lock on a doorknob like that. I guess I will have to lock stuff up in my luggage. I've heard so many bad things about the RIU safes getting broken into by the staff and management doing nothing about it. I want to advise my guests to not use the safe but I don't have an alternative for them. I will definitly advise them to leave valuables at home.
  3. Hi, I was wondering if anyone has a picture of the closet doors at any of the RIU resorts. I would like to lock my belongings in the closet seeing as how the safes aren't so safe after all. But I need to see the handles on the door to know which kind of lock would work. Thanks!

I'm not sure what to do I'm getting married at the Palace on July 17th!!! The wedding couple's room booking number is required to officially confirm your wedding date. They will hold your spot for 90 days though while you make arrangements for your room. We went ahead and booked the room early just to be certain that our wedding date was confirmed. Good luck!
  6. I'm getting married in Cabo, but I know there are a lot of Riu Jamaica brides on here. Is there a per person charge if you go over 60 guests? Thanks girls!
  7. I'm planning a wedding at Riu Palace in Cabo. If you have over 60 guests, is there a per person charge or is there a flat rate? The biggest package goes up to 60 guests, but the max. capacity for wedding guests at the resort is 150.
  8. I'm in love with that Anjolique dress. It's stunning.
  9. Absolutely gorgeous! Thanks for the review.
  10. Hi All, this seems to be the official Riu Palace Cabo thread. I'm thinking of getting married at Riu Palace in Spring 2010. I emailed the WC to see about the photography since it's not listed in the packages. She replied with the extras price list. So I'm guessing photography is considered an extra. It seems like you would be spending a minimum of $470 which includes 80 prints and the cd. Looks like a fairly good deal as long as there's no hidden fees. Ladies please let me know if I'm missing something here in regards to photography. Oh and is this still Mango or some other company? Thanks! Here's the info: Photographer Include: 1 proffesional photographer + 80 printed pictures 4x6 + leather album + (cd wih all the pictures) 1st hour $470.00usd Extra hour $320.00usd Special package (3hrs) $990.00usd Video (03-05 days edition) 01 proffesional photographer + 1 cameras HDV format+ 1 tripod 3 DVD copies (edited with the music of the couple).
