She just started kicking me a lot which is good because I forget I'm pregnant a lot of the times. It's sad when people ask me how far along I am and I have no clue. You really realize with your second pregnancy how you have no time to really be pregnant! I've already started on her room and I'm really excited to see everything completed. How's everyone else feeling? I am due August 7th, but we are thinking of inducing a week early. I have an ultrasound this week to measure the baby and see if we should, or just wait and go naturally. I am scared of that since Jada was a week late. The second preganancy is much different.... I don't think about it 24/7 like i did the first, and it just flew by! Which is a good and bad thing. I am just trying to enjoy my time now while it is just us and Jada since I know things are going to be extra busy soon!

I like Jada and Kendra together. Thanks you! I am very excited.. and ready to have this baby! Jada is doing wonderful- she is such a joy. I am excited to give her a sister! She is gettting big- although she has always been big. She is in the 100th+ percentile for her height. (and weighed 9lbs. 14 oz. when born) I am just struggling with getting things ready this time around. I have the nursery painted and bedding bought, but now am second guessing it all and have new stuff ordered where I will have to repaint! I did do this with Jada too! Oh, gotta love the hormones! (I think it's the hormones ) We are having a hard time with names... that's why I came back to the board. I just can't settle on anything and I feel like I am running out of time. I only have 3-4 weeks to decide!
  3. Hey ladies... Once again it has been forever since I posted! I am looking for your opinions... I am due in a couple weeks with my second girl and can't decide on a name. My first child is Jada Marie- who is 17 months. The names we have as of right now for this baby are: Mya Elizabeth Jenna Elizabeth Kendra Elizabeth But we can't settle on one! What do you think of them/ which one do you like best Thanks for your help!
  4. Hey ladies.... It has been forever since I have posted, so I don't even know most of you. Anyways, I am wondering if any of you have looked at the Chinese baby gender predictor, and if so, was the predicition right? I don't believe in stuff like this, but coincidently enough, it has been right for everyone I know! Please let me know if your results were right or wrong! Chinese Gender Chart to Determine Your Baby's Gender Thanks!
  5. It has been forever, so here are some recent pictures of Jada.

I figure I could start a new show. Instead of "I didn't know I was pregnant" it could be "I thought I was pregnant... but apparently there is just a large parasite living inside of me that is impossible to evacuate!!" And to make matters worse, my induction date of tomorrow has been bumped to Monday. Awesome. NOT! Don't tell a hormonal pregnant woman that the end is near and she'll have a baby by Friday, and then two days before say... "Whoops, I forgot to schedule it. You'll have to come in on Monday instead." Who does that? that's evil! Hopefully you go naturally over the weekend then, right?! Not to scare you.. but I went a week past my due date, and Jada was 9 lbs. 15 oz.! She measured big pretty much throughout the entire pregnancy though. I ended up going into labor 2 days before my induction date. Just want to say congrats to all the ladies on here. Jada is almost 6 months old! Time flys twice as fast after the baby is born- let me tell you!
  7. I was very gassy! I couldn't control it either sometimes!
  8. Thanks everyone... she is a doll. We couldn't be happier!

So its probably going to end up in a c section. Even if its not completely covered. They cant take the chance of it being delivered before the baby. I have a call into the doctor now that I have thought about it for awhile. I also had this- a low lying placenta, and it had corrected itself I think by 30 weeks or so. I was on pelvic rest up until then too- no sex, lifting or anything! I think about 95% of the time they correct themselves.

  12. Hi ladies... I have to be very quick- but am happy to report Jada Marie Selly was born Friday February 6th at 11:01 am. I went in around 12:30am because my water broke, contractions started about 1:00am, around 7:00am I broke down and ordered the epidural, started pushing at 9:00am, and she was born at 11:01am. Now, for the crazy part! She was 9 lbs. 14 oz. (at birth- thank goodness for the epi. ) and 20.5 inches long! She was a big baby! She is very precious and beautiful, and we could not be happier! I am uploading a picture now.. so it should be on here soon. Hope all is well! CONGRATS Mo! Sounds like you had a smooth delivery! He is adorable!
