Hi congratulations I left it to the travel agent within two weeks they send you moon palace paper work and info regarding paper work. And I think it's 91 days or so before the wedding someone from the moon palace is ment to contact you regarding fine details. Hope this helps Claire x

Hey guys Just spent the last 2 hours looking through the mp 2012. Now feeling mega stressed. There is major renovation work being carried out in the sunrise and the disco is closed. Does anyone know when it will be open again? ALSO we had photographs taken while we were there at the mp and at the water park and no one in the uk will allow me to print pictures off the disk as we haven't got written permission so I must remember to get next year. I plan on taking my own sashes and getting a guest to set this up does anyone know if this will be allowed? Also can you take your own iPod system for music? The ceremony music I have a playlist for before and after... Stuck on what I will walk down the isle 2.. Claire x

Hey As its a man made beach yeah it can be messy if it's been rather windy, we got professional photos taken while we were in the water. Our room looked on to the beach where all the weddings took place. The hotel staff cleaned the seaweed away. The sea changed colour depending on the weather and the wind but it was stunning... FYI I received a letter from our agent confirming the Resort credits however the Mexican government are now making you pay tax on the credits befor you leave... Depending on how much you have spent... I have had no dealings with the planners at mp and it's only 9 months before my wedding . Hope this helps Claire xx

I have been told we will receive credits but after seeing some posts on here I am going to make sure that I get written confirmation from mp and ta. When I was there in June last year we were told by our TA and had written confirmation that we would receive $2500 credits for 1 week but when we only got $1500 and the management at MP wouldn't budge on giving us more even though we had it down on paper. .. I'll let you know as soon as I find out in the next day or so.

Hey I get Married 18th of April 2013 at the moon palace... we were there in June 2011 the beach was stunning it got cleared every morning our room looked on to all the weddings. since then they have recently changed all the packages... I wondered if anyone knew if you can hire chair covers and sashes as an extra... i won't manage them in my case... Thanks Claire

Hey I've booked the 18th of April 2013 .. After visiting june last year totally fell in lve ith the moon palace... our room was looking on to all the beach weddings... so finally managed to get a date booked with over 22 popel coming. When i was looking last year i picked the package that was pink but they have changed all the packages... So ive booked the free package with adding on extra's.... Does anyone know if you can hire sashes and chair covers? Claire x
