I've stayed at this one too. I agree it is very nice, but I think its a little pricey. I would say that its like an upscale Barcelo Jolla de Mismaloya. Tammy if you read this, what are the rates for this hotel?

We are also staying at Velas Vallarta with about 50 people next July. I have no idea what I'm getting into other than what's on the website - any reviews? Are there daily activities? Like goofy bartending classes or tequila volleyball or mexican bingo or salsa lessons or any of this random stuff that a lot of the big resorts do? I need help entertaining this large group for a week!!
