I tried it with the text being darker and i dind't like how it took away from the background picture.... I'm going to try changing the color though.

Thanks but this is the one part I actually really do like cheesy.gif sorry. I'm going to try and fiddle around with different pictures. Maybe it's the pictures I'm not totally inlove with.

These are the thank you cards we are sending out to all our 55 guests that came to mexico with us, so I'd hope by now they know or remember what gracias means.. hehe Maybe I should have mentioned that before. Thanks for the feedback.

That's what i was going for to be honest. I like having the background opacity level higher and then a picture. I guess just personal taste. Do you think if I made the brighter color picture bigger would it help?

I'm going to try that.. I like that idea. Think I should leave the "thank you" font in brown though? Or both in yellow? Thanks Ann!

yeah I know... but I figured since it was a wedding it should be fancy. Do you have any recomendations for fonts? I'm open to changing the font! Thanks!

Sorry Jenn, I knew I missed a quote.

I used Lumapix and photoshop. A mixture of both. Although i think you could use lumapix to do the whole thing.

Didn't even notice the "Thank You" - I do think they should be in the same color and font. Man, where is Sarah (DIY Design Queen) when you need her?! The font I used everywhere way Papyrus - worked for me, and my stuff was pretty casual.

(my siggy stuff that is in blue is papyrus font)

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
