thanks. my handwritting normally is terrible, but I manage to make the cups look nice. I did them without the scrolls for the last event I made them for & I liked that better.

I've been using all of my leftover cups when I throw baby showers. each guest gets one with their name. I ran out of rub ons so I just used stickers last time. it was so much easier, but it wont hold up as well. still, it's just for the shower.

rub ons are a one time use thing like a sitcker. they come in sheets with many of them.

Those do look really good, if you've got the time it's definitely possible to make some good looking DIY personalized cups. Some good tips on how to print out the images. I think that's pretty much how the companies do it. The only problems is that if you don't leave the transparencies to bond long enough that they'll come off in the heat of the dishwasher, so like Morgan said make sure you practice on a few.

Very awesome thread

Hey all! Just found SUPER cheap cups at Superstore (sorry to my neighbors to the south-- I'm sure they'd have something similar at Target)

They are a pack of four 16oz plastic cups (no handle) and each pack goes for $1.99.

Also-- I was visiting Montana during Mother's Day weekend, and saw that Dollar Tree also had four packs of plastic cups going for $0.99!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
