Just wanted to thank everyone who took my poll and gave input on my dress choices! I have officially decided that the first one is THE ONE after obsessing over it all week! I found another Maggie in the same style that was actually the right size to try on... I found I love the fit of the dress but that Treasure is the dress for me! :)

 

To make things even better I found a store that has it on sale for $200 less! I'm not sure why or how it is so much less... but I have emailed them now twice confirming the price and they keep telling me, that yes thats it! Everywhere else quotes higher and says the only way to get a "sale" price is to buy it off the rack (but they don't have it in my size). Does that seem weird that one store is cheaper? I know Maggie is pretty particular about keeping dresses in the same price range... has anyone dealt with something similar? The store is listed on Maggie's website as an authorized seller and I have a friend who used them w/o a problem. I am worried it's too good to be true.

 

I am going Monday to meet with them and get it ordered. Keep your fingers crossed for me!

Congrats on your choice. I thought #1 was the winner. I wish I would've found my dress somewhere for $200 less!! I don't think that you should be concerned. I think that its a plus that they're listed as an authorized seller especially on Maggie's website itself.

 

In any event, just make sure that when you place the order, everything on your order form is correct, the designer name, the name/style # of the dress, the size, the color. As long as it's ordered as its written, you should be good!

I found the same thing.. a bridal salon in a less expensive area vs a bridal salon with higher rent had very different prices for the same dress..probably a $200 difference.. congrats! try doing a google search of the place name and "review".. if it comes back clean, I'd say go for it!

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
