For all of you that used Prim and Pixie for your invites and STD's I'm just wondering how quickly they responded to you. I sent them an initial email asking for info and they sent me their questionnaire. I completed it and faxed it (as well as sent an email letting them know it was coming) early Monday morning and I haven't heard back from them. Also, once you actually placed your order, how long was it before you actually got your invites? I'm probably being impatient, but I keep looking at my ticker counting down the days and I'm freaking out slightlyundecided.gif Thanks!!

After I faxed my questionaire, it took them a while to get back to me...felt the same way you feel...so I emailed them for follow up. They responded the next day and emailed me a proof of my invite several days after that. Then, we went back and forth changing a few things about the invitation, but once the final proof was okayed by me, I got the invitations really fast.

They're really great to work w/ and would recomend them. i'm going to use them for all my paper items for the wedding.

I am also working with Prim and Pixie as we speak for my wedding invitations. She emailed me my proof yesterday and told me that they're very busy and their client base has more than doubled in recent months. So, hopefully they'll get back to you soon. If you have'nt heard form them by the end of the week, send them an email again.

Have you posted pics of your STDs? I'd love to see them cheesy.gif

Thanks girls! I appreciate the info. I'll wait until tomorrow to see if I hear anything. If not then I'll email them again. What i like is how quickly you all received your invites after you ordered them, considering I went someplace else to check them out and they told me it would take 4-6 weeks!! YIKES!!

prim and prixie are great to work with even if they are a bit slow getting back to you to start - just hang in there! as for pricing you are going to have to wait to hear from them - there are SO many variables, # of invites, type of paper, envelope printing, turn around time, etc that factor into your quote! good luck :)

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
