This is a list that my travel agent included in the guest's travel documents before she mailed them. Thought I would share:

    Flying Tips

    Selly Wedding

Flight departs from the Humphrey Terminal. Please arrive at least 2 ½ to 3 hours prior to flight. Please verify flight times 24 hours prior to departure. Seats will be assigned at check-in.

Passports will be required. This is all you will need to show when checking in and at airport security. Name on passport must match documents.

    Carry-On Baggage:
You are permitted one (1) piece of carry-on baggage not to exceed 48 inches combined linear measurements (length plus width plus height), including the wheels and handle, plus one (1) smaller personal item not to exceed underseat dimensions (i.e., purse, laptop, infant bag, etc.).
*A good idea for a carry-on is a soft sided cooler, which will come in handy in Mexico.

    Checked Baggage
You may check two (2) bags, each weighing up to 50 pounds, free of charge.

    · The first bag may be up to 62 inches combined linear measurement (length plus width plus height)

    · The second bag may be 55 inches combined linear measurement (length plus width plus height).

Baggage in excess of these weights and/or sizes is subject to an additional charge and space availability. Bags weighing more than 100 pounds and items longer than five (5) feet will not be accepted as checked baggage.

3-1-1 for carry-ons = 3 ounce bottle or less (by volume) ; 1 quart-sized, clear, plastic, zip-top bag; 1 bag per passenger placed in screening bin. One-quart bag per person limits the total liquid volume each traveler can bring. 3 oz. container size is a security measure.

Consolidate bottles into one bag and X-ray separately to speed screening

Beverages purchase beverages after going through airport security if you wish to take it on board.

Lighters without fuel are permitted in checked baggage. Lighters with fuel are prohibited in checked baggage, unless they adhere to the Department of Transportation (DOT) exemption, which allows up to two fueled lighters if properly enclosed in a DOT approved case. If you are uncertain as to whether your lighter is prohibited, please leave it at home.

Safety Matches (non-strike anywhere) (one) are permitted as carry-on items, but all matches are prohibited in checked baggage.

Gifts Trace and Shea are having a reception June 14, 2008.

Each suite has air conditioning, ceiling fan, night table, radio/alarm clock, safety deposit box, private bath or shower hair dryer, cable TV, amenity kit, terrace or balcony with a hammock and 2 chairs, mini bar with beer, water, soft drinks refilled once a day, iron & ironing board and a coffee maker. Do most TA's do this? I like my TA a lot but I feel like I am doing a lot her work for her.

Like emailing the invoices since fianl payments are due Jan. 15. Contacting guests, etc.

I hope our TA does this, but I wonder...

My travel agent has been great- she has been in contact with all the guests- sending them the final payment details, she gave them all luggage tags, she sent flying tips, offered to set up transportation to the airport (from home).... she worked very hard with finding the right resort for us too...
