Sample itinerary to give to guests?

I am wondering if any of you could share the itinerry you provided for your guests so we can steal some of your ideas. We want the schedule to be really flexible but still let people know when we will be available to hang out and/or carouse over the weekend.

I intend on using a welcome letter based upon Tammy's but I just created this for the planner. This is the first rough draft. I have also located the template ofr the cute little wedding day of timeline. When I find I will post the template.

I see on your itinerary that you are presenting the grandmothers with bouquets in leiu of the bouquet toss! Great idea! I was just thinking about what I could do instead!

 

How are you planning on that happening? Are you doing it publically or privately? Details for this wonderful idea!

We're going to do it publicly. Basically, FI and I will give a short speech about how there marriages inspired us (grandfathers are dead), taught us about weathering the storm blah, blah. In leau of presenting my bouquet to a single lady, I am honored to share my bouquets with our grandmothers. I figured by this time, there won't be a dry eye in the place.

 

I will have small bouquets made up instead of giving mine. They aren't supposed to take it on the plane with them so I am debating creating two in silk or just having them smuggle them back. How bad would it be if customs stopped two lil' old ladies?

Though we didn't have too many "planned events" This is what we did. We printed them on parchement paper, rolled them up, tied a piece of raffia around them & put them in the Welcome bags. We used a script font

If you have RSVP’d, you will need to catch a cab to the Marina to arrive by 6:30 AM. You can all meet at 6:00 AM in the Lobby and catch a cab together. If you haven’t RSVP’d, there is still space available. Cost will be $85.00 pp for a full day of fishing. If you are interested, please talk to Rebecca or Marc ASAP. (Unfortunately the bridal party is excluded from this event due to the rehearsal, sorry).
