thanks everyone! a little. not as much as some people might notice. im so tall so losing weight (and gaining thank goodness!) doesnt necessarily show up as fast. but i have noticed, yes a little looser and less muffin top wink.gif only about 30 more lbs to go :0

dont worry too much about your weight gain. listen to your dr. i gained 60 lbs with the first one and 27 with the second. my second dr threatened me within an inch of my life about my weight every time i went. probably because of the weight gain with the first one and the fact he was almost 10 lbs. he just didnt want me developing the problems that can come along with a lot of weight gain and a bigger baby.

wanna hear the worst thing though....when i started weight watchers i weighed 1 lb MORE....yes....MORE than i when i was 9 mos. pregnant with my 10 lb baby - blech!!!

youre pretty active and healthy. youll be fine. just watch your diabetes stuff. do you have special appoints for that while youre pregnant?

and of course some of my motivation is we want to have a baby and I AM NOT gaining 30 lbs in top of where i am and breaking the 200s while pregnant!!!

my doc hasn't said anything about the weight yet - so she must not be too worried! I think I was probably up about 7-10 lbs at my 12 week appt. But hell, that was Jan 4th - right after the holidays! Not fair.

i can't believe that - you are still small. you talk like you're some huge whale, and you're not! but i also know how hard it is to adjust to a new size, whatever that size is. if you're not used to it - it's hard.

i do have lots of doc appts for the diabetes. my doc there is seeing me once per month. plus he has me seeing a dietician/nutritionist (awful spelling, i know) pretty often too (annoying!). so i am definitely being monitored!

i told paul i want him to gain weight ... i DO NOT want to pass him up, and i definitely could!

well thanks ann. with both kids i seemed to have gained 10 lbs right off the bat before i even realized i was pregnant!!! definately within 8 weeks. so with that second one i only gained another 17 lbs the other 7 mos.

yeah i hear what youre saying about passing the hubby. down these 10 lbs now i know i weigh less than ryan does again - thank goodness! i want to get back into all that sexy stuff you wore at your chicago shoot :) that fit me at one time!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
