Sorry - offf topic - but Carly, I LOVE Ten Thousand Villages! I discovered it in Alexandria, VA when I lived in the DC area. Here in Indy it is called Global Gifts, but it is part of the same group. I LOVE THAT PLACE! I collect Nativity sets from there - they're the best!

Finally, someone who knows the store! Everytime I tell someone I love it, or I registered there, they are like "Huh?". I go in and I just wander around for hours and it's only a tiny little store.hijacked.gifover.

I was at Target returning a duplicate Christmas item with no receipt. We got $7 for the item, since that was it's lowest price. It's value was $12. We were told that we can only return 2 items in one year without a receipt.

This doesn't make a wedding registry at Target very intriguing.

Also, here is the link to their return policy.

wasn't it annoying, it made me want to ban target forever!

I said something to the lady about them losing a lot of business, obviously she doesn't give a crap, she's just running the register, but I wanted to get mad at someone, so it was her girl_werewolf.gif

I've always heard the return policy was ridulous there, but I honestly had no probs returning anything....and I returned tons of stuff. The only thing they made me do was print my registry and made sure the items I was returing was on there then they gave me store credit.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
