You don't find people bugging you about where you are registered?

I was shocked at how many people asked us right after we got engaged. I was like geez let me enjoy my engagement.

I know what you mean. We have been engaged for less than two months and I have not even sent out a save the date and people have started asking. I guess it is never too early to send a gift. A lot of family members sent engagement gifts of money which started our wedding fund. I am thinking about BBB, Crate and Barrel and Williams Sonoma. I wish I could register at Anthropologie, but I am not sure if they have a registry. I also considered Bloomingdales because if we get gift cards I can use it to shop (I am TERRIBLE).

but we also have a target registry so we actually have a few things to open.
We haven't registered yet but will probably be doing something like this - with an option for guests to contribute to our honeymoon or purchase an actual item at one or two stores.

We also don't need a lot of things we've been living together for 18 months now and we have pretty much everything. But I did register for some things that we do still need and a few things that we would like to have.

I did mostly everything at Macy's and Crate and Barrel but I did manage to find 10 things to register for at Pottery Barn.

you can register at Anthropologie - they have a registry.

I registered at WilliamSonoma, lilleashop.com (they offered my china for 25% less than anywhere else), Amazon, and MyRegistry. I realized too late that Amazon was missing a bunch of stuff I'd like and how wonderful MyRegistry is (so I can add things from Anthropologies and Pottery Barn and Crate and Barrel, and the place that has my flatware for the cheapest without having to have a zillion registries). So I have 4, although I meant to keep it to 3.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
