Hey Emily - June thru August is going to be the "off season" - basically it's the hottest time of year there. If you want to avoid "high season" - you'll want to stay away from December thru April - with all the holidays & spring break I'm pretty sure that's when you'll see higher airfare.

Their peak season is July-September, very hot and humid.

Although it's cheap, you'll want to avoid Aug-Sept 'cause it's "hurricane season" and you never know... that's why the price is low.

According to my WC, hurricane season begins in the middle to late part of August. We've been told by many (WC, vendors) that our early Aug date is safe.

Our quoted room price is about $215 including taxes for our group room rate for the partial ocean view rooms. I know someone who paid a group room rate of $600 last May because it was still high season!

Hii, I am flying 60 guests to Cabo on July 21, 2007. It is costing each guest about 1579 plus $180 tax. That was the cheapest I found. We are staying at the Riu Palace. We are flying out of Newark Airport.

$1579 per person? Where are you getting your tickets from? I freaked out when i saw that and went onto Orbitz. I would be flying out of Boston (not too far from NJ) and it was about $500 per person. I looked for the end of June because that is the time we will probably be going next year. Or is it $1579 all inclusive? That sounds about right to me. I was just at Moon Palace in Nov. and it was about that for one week. So, that actually does not seem to bad to me!

It is 1579 all together. Airfare and hotel.
