David's Bridal $99 sale til Jan 14th

Recommended Posts

I just got an email from David's Bridal that the $99 sale is on until Jan 14th. Not sure how it works but I assume that if your dress isn't one of the $99 ones that you still save money during this sale.

Does anyone know how often they have these sales? I haven't been paying attention to the emails. I am going to try on dresses sometime in Feb. because I want to lose a little poundage first.

they have them a lot this time of year. you get a certain amount off depending on the price of the dress. I think my dress was $150 off but it was $850 before the sale. the cheaper the dress the less money you get off.

I think they usually extend this sale (I bought this time last year)

I thought about going out there to look but I have a friend who wants to be with me when I look at wedding dresses and she is out of town. So we are trying to plan for Feb. I was just going to go with my sister (my only BM). But I figure it would make my friend feel more included if I agreed. And i want to lose 5-10lbs so I don't feel like a cow in a wedding dress.

its always good to start looking, but most likely they will have the sale again. Don't feel bad about your weight, I wound up losing weight after I picked it out and they can take it in. I still had to get a dress that was a size or two bigger than me

I got my dress from Davidâ€s bridal and I saved like 200.00 during this type of sale. They also give you a coupon book and if your BMs get their dresses with in like 2 months of you purchasing your dress they save $20. Also if you do get your dress from there make sure you look it over very well. My size must have been tried on so many times and the lady kept saying this is your dress and I was in a whole different world. Luckily my soon to be mother-in-law snapped me out of it and told me she meant the dress I had on and with a little per swaying I got them to order me a brand new one. Any way they have really nice dresses for great prices so good luck!

Ooo..Best of all it you get a different dress for the trashing the dress pics you could pick one up for $99.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
