I've gotten responses to my "Tickets" but still no proof. They say they have to make the date bigger on our logo, which I find odd, but I guess I'll wait to see what the proof looks like.

I was using an orange/coral color on an aqua colored mug, so perhaps, I should change it to plain white...

Alright... I got my proof yesterday. This is what it looks like (I hope I can show it to you!!)

The problem is... isn't the logo supposed to be WITHIN the dotted lines? Or is that just showing me that it's centered? I find it hard to believe that they would seriously send me a proof when it doesn't fit within the area... but you never know! Anyone have any insight?

 

 

And... apparently you can see how much I paid for them! Interesting.

hhmm ... Interesting. I haven't gotten anything back yet but I would think that shows it being centered. However, I wouldn't want to assume so I would email them to make sure.

When did you order? They told me to expect shipping on 1/15, but looks like that won't happen. No biggie, I just want to get it confirmed.

Keep us posted as to what you find out about your proof.

I ordered on Saturday. And as you can see my expected shipping is on the 16th.

I hope to hear from them soon. I denied the proof and told them my concern.

I'd call them and specifically ask what color would print best! They tried two shades of green on mine and couldn't get it to be the green i wanted so I settled!

You ordered on Saturday and already got your proof? Geez, I ordered weeks ago. I am definitely calling instead of emailing to see what the flippin' deal is.

My proof did the same thing! My logo also extended outside of the dotted box. I called and they told me it meant that's where the main curve of the mug happens... I'd call them just to make sure, but I think it looks great. I love the saying!

Yup, I talked to the lady and all is well! So my mugs are already being sent to production. Tami, I would call them on Monday. That's really odd.
