Oh my gosh! Las Caletas looks FABULOUS!!!! I was 99% sure we were going to get married in Jamaica, but I stumbled across this location and now I can't imagine going anywhere else but here. It's so beautiful. Thank you so much to all the lovely brides who have shared their pictures and reviews. I can't wait to start planning!!!

Thanks everyone...I watch it again and again, my husband just laughs at me (but also stops to watch it again). Like all the LC brides I just loved my wedding! You just can't go wrong getting married there.

Trish and Meg - The starfish should still be at LC for you to use. I would double check with Kelly or Nicole as I think the posts on those can break off easily. I ordered it online. I don't recall the site but if you google bouquet jewelry you will find it.

Hey girls!! I just wanted to drop in to say, hello! Like Trisha, I've been MIA for awhile too. I work for the Chicago Cubs, so it's been crazy busy w/ the season but it's finally starting to wind down now.

Welcome to all the new brides!! I wish I could go back and do it all over again. Nicole and Kelly make planning your wedding there so stress free and easy, that all you have to do is basically sit back and enjoy your day!!

Trisha - I'm getting SO excited for you. Did you ever decide on Barcelona Tapas?

i think a year is good - we went on our site visit at the end of march 2009 and booked the following week for our april 2010 wedding.

I agree with Diane a year out is when I booked my date too...although I think Nicole mentioned to me that they are starting to book 2011 dates already...If you know your date or have a certain date you are set on I don't think it would hurt to contact them now to get your deposit in because they do only book one wedding a day.

Really though once you do that, you won't really need to have much conversation with them until a few months before your wedding! sounds too easy right?! I know, almost too good to be true...but it is!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
