It was perfect for our group and yes - very inexpensive!! Plus he will bring you out freezing little white towels if it's hot (came in really handy!). Either inside or outside would be fun, but we preferred the privacy and it was a little cooler in there, tho I'm not sure they have A/C at all...

Thanks again chica!

Hello Everyone!

I was married at Las Caletas on June 1, 2009 and it truly was the most amazing day of my life. Las Caletas is truly a magical place to get married (as everyone has posted before.) Everything from our Welcome Cocktail party at Epoca, to our stay at the Grand Mayan Resort in Nuevo Vallarta to our wedding at Caletas, exceeded our expectations. Kelley, was fabulous and did not miss one detail. Her staff at Caletas and on the boat were great, too. Our guests cannot stop praising how beautiful our wedding was. Plus, Vincent, the in-house photographer was awesome to work with. He and his assistants had such great energy and we cannot wait to see our professional pictures. If anyone has any questions, I'd be more than happy to answer them.

We did at site visit at Caletas and Kelley ran through the entire ceremony with us. On the day of the wedding, she just showed everyone where to stand. I had a small wedding party, so it was not big deal. I don't really think a rehearsal in necessary.

Thanks, Diane (or should I say goggles :-) I just checked out your wedding website...so much thought went into it & HILARIOUS! You guys are so creative. Loved the video of Caletas. What a fun way to introduce your guests to the most gorgeous place to host a wedding EVER! I'm not biased at all! :)

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
