Las Caletas Brides ~ Post HERE! (THREAD CLOSED)

Recommended Posts

So I failed! I was not able to stop planning until August 1st. LOL!

Yesterday, I made my menu cards, things to bring to Mexico postcard and our welcome letter on Vista Print. Geez I couldn't pass up a FREE deal! :)

I need to surrender and realize that I am wedding obsessed...smile124.gif

True, true!

You are my Chill Bride Idol...I am learning from the Master.

My friends don't believe that I am going to be chill, but I so am!

Oh my mom didn't even want to go to LC with me the day of the wedding cause she said I would be too stressed and bitchy. I told her I was completely chill about the whole wedding process and I don't think she really believed me. She went though and was so surprised how chill I was. It's completely out of character for me. I'm so high strung.

LOL - that's the most amazing thing about getting married at LC - almost everyone is a "chill" bride on the big day - Nicole, Kelly and their staff do such an amazing job and you don't have to lift a finger or worry about a single thing all day!!! It was FANTASTIC!

I didn't even have to carry anything up to the bridal suite - Nicole grabbed our dresses and my bag and hauled it up the hill for me!

All I had to do was relax and enjoy the beautiful LC all day - and then get dressed!

sad.gif 'sigh I want to go back girls!!!!

I remembered her flowers being really simple and beautiful.

Any ideas?!!!!

(You'll be hearing from me more often now that plans are on the way!!!!)

Thanks!

that is funny! I am a pretty high strung person too but I am trying to plan all this wedding stuff far enough in advance so that I can be a chill bride too! My FI keeps telling me he is waiting for my bridezilla phase! the nerve! fryingpan.gif

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
