Congratulations and welcome home!! Wow!! It sounds like everything was great (well, except for the sickness and the mouse). you looked amazing!!! I can't wait to see Juan's pics...

 

And, I have to agree with you on doing a hair and make-up trial....I wish I would've done one...I wasn't 100% pleased with my hair, but didn't realize the day of...only in pics.

 

Anyway, congrats again!! Great review!!

UPDATE***

 

We got the video from Baja Video and it is great! The presentation and packaging are really nice. We sent them a few songs to use and they used them all and the timing is perfect. They gave us three copies so we can send our parents each a copy. They did spell our last name wrong in the credits - but we told Marci and she felt SO bad. She is so nice. She is making us three new copies and sending them out asap. Totally recommend them!! They were very professional and so nice. The final product is perfect!

kate, any way you get get some video highlights onto the internet for us? haha, now i want to see your video because im so on the fence about whether or not we should do it. after seeing angela's i was trying to figure out if/how we could fit it into our budget.

OMG! When the a-holes came to town I was already here waving the flag, ready to be their leader.

 

Kate I did not for the life of me remember that you got married already. I 100% knew that your wedding was in December but it totally slipped my mind and for some reason I just didn't even realize that your wedding past already! I am a terrible friend, I sincerely apologize. Thank goodness I found this thread!

 

Okay so I'm late but I love you and the pics! The dress is stunning. Is that Alvina Valenta? For some reason I can't remember what kind of dress you had. I absolutely heart it! Your centerpieces look great as did your bridesmaids. The mouse thing, ehhh gross but watayougonnado? I live in NY. You see subway rats and roaches. You get over it and pray they don't end up in your food. LOL.

 

I am so glad that everything went well for you. I can't wait for you to get your slideshow and pics!

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
