I haven't, but I was thinking of calling them. I am a Marriott junkie! Because I travel so much for work, I have like 500K points, and am "platinum" with them - I've love to be able to use points for our, or our guests, stay. But I don't think it's an AI, or close to Dreams, where I am thinking of staying. But I don't know ...

Let me know if you get to them before I do - otherwise I will share what I find out.

You can find all of the CasaMagna Marriott Puerto Vallarta's information at the following: Find A Resort - StrayWeddings.com

You will find their wedding packages, menus, flowers, spa services, photos, everything!

I toured this hotel a couple of months ago. It's a great hotel with beautiful grounds. Certainly one of the best in the Marina Vallarta. I'm including a Google Satellite image of the property so you can see their grounds (I hope it works). Although it looks different from above, I'm 99% certain this is the resort - you can see the massive garden area on the right where you can hold receptions, and the jetty on the bottom right hand side where they hold many ceremonies:

If you have any specific questions, I would be happy to help if I can.

Thanks for the link of the arial view.

By the way, have you heard of any reviews for the NH Krystal? They have beautiful weddings on their website but I haven't been able to see any reviews from real brides.

Ann, I've emailed the Marriott CasaMagna. Hopefully they will respond soon. I do believe they are all inclusive at this resort.

Sorry to disappoint, but as far as I know, the CasaMagna Marriott PV is not all-inclusive. It would be nice if they were though.

You asked about the NH Krystal. I wasn't married there so this isn't a review of their weddings, but here's what I can share. This is one of the resorts we toured when we were in Puerto Vallarta in June. The resort has a unique Mexican charm with colonial-style décor. They told us that they are the oldest resort in Puerto Vallarta, but definitely have one of the greatest locations (they're right in Puerto Vallarta - not quite as far north as the Marina). They have a huge property (we were told 36 acres), and a great beach. Not as nice as Nuevo Vallarta, but excellent for PV.

For weddings, the resort has a number of options for ceremony and reception sites. They tell us that most weddings are held at the 7 Columns site, which you can see decorated on their website at http://www.nh-hotels.com. This area is very large and could accommodate hundreds of guests. The downside is that it's directly beside the main pool, which is quite busy, but they tell us it's usually quiet for weddings at night. You can also have receptions there with a dinner, dance, and fireworks! If you don't like the 7 columns site, there are many different places around the resort that they will hold weddings. There's a plaza with a gazebo in the middle of the resort, different garden areas, the beach, etc.

Well I mean they offer meal plans. Which include all meals. I believe the marriott offers this for their hotels in Mexico and Carribean. I'm sure I can find the link when I have a chance. I'll post it soon.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
