vendor tipping etiquette

I realize that this has been discussed before, but I am still not clear.

 

How much should I tip the following?

Mariachi?

Guitarist?

DJ?

Photographer?

Florist?

 

I want to have all the cash that I need before I leave. This includes any tipping.

This may sound bad, but by my wedding day I was so SPENT that I only ended up tipping my hair & makeup people. I figured that we paid a fair amount for all of our other vendors, so I did not feel obligated to tip.

I just read the below info on The Knot. It mentions tipping your WC. I had not thought of that. Did anyone else tip theirs? What about the DJ, Photographer, and hotel staff?
