welcome to the forum! i wasn't married there, but i stayed at Dreams PV during my wedding week and LOVED it! let us know if we can help at all.

I was wondering....

 

Has anyone else had a hard time receiving emails from dreams puerto vallarta, mexico. We spoke to the wedding coordinator who says that she tried to respond but we haven't seen any emails from her. We sent another email with about 6 different email accounts. I was wondering if it has to do with adding a us code to the end of emails being sent to the united states??

 

Any help would be appreciated!

I didn't have issues when planning my wedding there, but it was also a different coordinator at teh time. But I have heard of some people not getting emails from Mexico. I use a Yahoo account, and it seemed to work. Be sure to check your junk email folder.

Thanks, everyone. We only called once, so it looks like we're going to have to keep calling until something happens. Were really excited that we've chosen a place and got the date reserved. Hopefully we'll get all the extra stuff soon.

hi and welcome! i'm a future dreams pv bride too!!!

gaby has supposedly sent me emails that i haven't received as well...i personally believe that she's so overwhelmed with all of the weddings that she forgets to email back.....but that's jmo...

i have heard really great things about the weddings that she coordinates tho...i'll share all of my details with you, and if you have any ??s just ask!
