What's your first dance song?

that was cool, my FI can't dance, the one time we danced together he stepped all over my feet. I always thought the saying "two left feet" was silly but now I know it is true there really are people out there that absolutely can't dance.

Lucky me

well maybe I can teach him some basic moves before our first dance at our AHR

Whether or not we have a reception after, I've still been looking for songs and my favorite so far is "I could not ask for more" by Sara Evans...

And my father/daughter song is "I loved her first" by Heartland.

There are soo many great songs out there...i'm still in love with "Lost in this moment" by Big and Rich.

We like Shania Twain "When you kiss me" or Bryan Adams "Everything I do"...haven't decided yet. I prefer Shania Twain because the words are try to us, but he's always liked the Bryan Adams song. I guess we'll have to duke it out over the next month! :-)

We are going to have "If you're not the one" by Daniel Bedingfield....its also perfect for us too because we met online and he ended up moving to my city to be with me so certain parts of this song hit home really hard. I remember hearing it on the radio in my car about 3 months before he actually ended up moving here and I had to pull over and started crying for him so hard.....thank god nobody could see me cheesy.gif Even now when I hear that song it brings tears to my eyes pretty easy so I can just see me now when it's played as our wedding song....OMG LOL

ours is the pogues "love you till the end" ... tho it could have easily been jack johnson "better together," aqualung "brighter than sunshine," ingrid michaelson "the way i am," the weepies "somebody loved," van morrison "someone like you" or something more upbeat like spiral staircase "more today than yesterday." LOL too many good songs and i'm AWFUL at decision-making ... good thing tom is picky and has very different taste from me! his making it hard actually made it easier!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
