Jtds2713 Cabo Wedding Review

    Just to chime in here, we had a the total opposite experience with the Sheraton. We stayed, along with several friends and family members, and had our wedding there, and they did absolutely nothing special for us. Because we had the wedding there and had a room block they gave us a suite, but just for the wedding night because it was a contractual obligation, but we had to check out of our previous room and then back into another for the remainder of our time there and they did not give us late check out or early check in for any of the rooms.
    Just luck of the draw, I guess, but I would definitely not expect the type of treatment Jessica got as a rule. The even funnier thing about it is we were there at exactly the same time and had 2 totally different experiences.
    And I did spend a significant amount of my time at the front desk having to sort things out.

          So sorry about your experience Bridget! For you not to have a pleasant experience at the Sheraton when you and your wedding party spent a lot of money there-- that is not right! I booked online and I sent an e-mail to the general manager and guest services prior to my arrival at the Sheraton. So they knew beforehand my requests and accomodated us. Prior to my arrival they also sent me an e-mail asking me if I had any special requests. Why don't you send them an e-mail? The manager's name is Marcello Moretti. I can look up the information for you if you like.

            I definitely would love to send a letter, particularly so that other brides don't go through some of the challenges I had. I also think he should know that 99% of his staff is amazing and so wonderful! If you have his contact info, I would love it if you could send it to me in a PM.

              I already PM'ed you with the e-mail of the assistant to the General Manager. I hope they give you some compensation for the inconvenience you have experienced regarding your wedding.

                Jessica, just wanted to pop in and say that I'm so happy your wedding turned out so beautifully! And I love your TTD pictures, cannot wait to see Juan's!

                Great review, so detailed for future Cabo brides. I feel like I was there!

                    Our wedding was perfect, really. I'm hopefully going to have my review up this weekend...I've been sick and so haven't really been up to it yet. Cannot wait to see pics, but I'm being very patient and haven't even asked our photog yet. Her name is Ginger Russell out of Santa Fe, NM.

                    They weren't our fireworks! But we loved them anyway! That was Thursday, right?! I kept saying, I wonder if these are Bridget's or Jessica's! I think they were for the Baja 1000?

                      Hah! We saw fireworks at our rehearsal dinner on Friday night and Brian and I totally acted like they were all for our wedding! We have no idea what they were for, but it was pretty funny! Maybe for the car race, who knows!
